Magdalena House in San Antonio is seeking two part-time Community Advocates help ensure a safe, loving, and stable environment within their neighborhood of transitional homes serving mothers and their children who have fled dangerous, abusive lives. Community Advocates seek ways to empower families towards success and self-sufficiency; provide transportation; build relationships; and help respond to emergencies per prescribed best practices and aligning with trauma informed care. Position is supervised by Community Living Manager.

The Manager of Marketing and Communications is responsible for creating, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and communications efforts across the organization to audiences including donors, volunteers, program participants, partners, and the general public. Areas of responsibility and oversight include: branding and messaging, digital and print marketing, fundraising campaigns, collateral design and creation, photography and video, media relations, and organizational storytelling.
