Every Woman in Every Pew A Diocesan ECW Conversation & Lunch What do the women of our diocese need from Episcopal Church Women? What is working well? Where are we falling short? And what can we build together? On Saturday, October 3, women from across the diocese are invited to gather at St. George Episcopal Church for Every Woman in Every Pew, a diocesan ECW conversation centered on listening, questions, ideas, and the future of Episcopal Church Women in our diocese. This will not be a traditional speaker or lecture-style event. Instead, we are creating space for honest conversation. We want to hear from the women in our parishes about how ECW can better connect, encourage, support, and serve women throughout the diocese. Come with your questions. Come with your ideas. Come ready to share what has worked in your parish—and what hasn’t. Together, we will talk about ways to strengthen participation, improve communication and resources, create meaningful opportunities for connection, and identify practical next steps for diocesan ECW. Whether your parish has an active ECW, is working to strengthen one, or you simply want to know more about how women can connect across our diocese, your perspective matters and your voice belongs in the room. Our hope is not to leave with every question answered. Our hope is to leave with a better understanding of one another, some shared direction, and practical ideas for building an ECW that better reflects and serves the women in our churches.
