The Bishop's Youth Commission and Christian Formation Committee are hosting a 1-day Ministry Leader's Summit on Saturday, October 26 from 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. at the Bishop Jones Center. The day will include breakout sessions, time for fellowship, and conversation with ministry leaders from around the Diocese. All ministry leaders--paid and unpaid, lay and ordained, clergy included-who work with children, youth, and families are invited to attend. Lunch and snacks will be provided.

Brittany Sky is a mama, writer and creator, family ministry leader, researcher, and product developer who loves kids and the adults who care for them. She is the Project Director of the GenOn Ministries Christian Parenting Project. Brittany holds a BA and MA in Christian Education and an MBA for good measure. She is the author of Raising Good People, the Celebrate Wonder Bible Storybook, the Bible Basics Storybook, and countless curricula. She was a part of the writing team for Safer Sanctuaries and the Deep Blue Bible Storybook. Brittany lives on the land of the Cherokee (Nashville, TN) with her preschooler, Rowan, her terrier, Lily, and her two bunnies, Carl and Ellie.
