The Kitchen and Program Coordinator is a hybrid role that supports the programming and food service operations at Camp Capers. Specific responsibilities include assisting in the development and implementation of the leadership development program for seasonal staff, helping prepare and serve meals for guests and events, and coordinating the scheduling of seasonal conference and retreat staff. This position reports to the Program Director and the Food Service Director of Camp Capers and works closely with all camp staff to deliver inclusive, impactful, and high-quality programs.
