Online Pre-Council Meeting Recording

The Episcopal Diocese of West Texas hosted four online Pre-Council meetings for clergy, lay delegates, and lay alternates, in January 2023. Participants at these required meetings practiced the online voting system and reviewed Council business items including the proposed diocesan budgets, resolutions, and nominations for elected offices of the Diocese.

Council 2023

The 119th Annual Council of the Episcopal Diocese of West Texas will convene in-person February 16 - 18, at the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, TX. Clergy, lay delegates, and alternates will assemble to conduct the annual business of the Diocese and share fellowship. On February 18, the clergy and Council delegates will participate in the Bishop Coadjutor Election.

All members of the Diocese are invited to attend Council 2023 in person as a guest to hear ministry reports, learn more in the Exhibits Hall, participate in Holy Eucharist, Morning and Noonday Prayer Services, attend the Bishop Election on Saturday, and reconnect with friends from across the diocese. Guest registration is open through February 1.
