All year-end reports (both Parochial Reports and diocesan Supplemental Reports) are available for completion online-only. Our goal is to continue simplifying the report process and entry of information for both church and diocesan staff members. It is very important to complete and submit all forms by February 1st each year. All reports will be accessible using the links below, once available.
All workbooks and forms, provided by The Episcopal Church at the link below, help gather information prior to entering it online; final Parochial Report must be entered online, printed, and mailed to Susan Hardaway (DWTX; PO Box 6885; San Antonio, TX 78209 or email@example.com).
Each link below will take you to the corresponding Supplemental Report form to report Clergy & Lay Compensation; Stewardship; Church Officials & Vestry or Bishop's Committee members; and Necrology. Enter your name and the church's information, click"Continue," then review your answers and submit. No printing or mailing is necessary for diocesan Supplemental Reports, as the information is automatically recorded and submitted to the diocesan office after each part is completed.
Diocesan Supplemental Reports (due by February 1, 2021)
The Episcopal Church Canons require that all churches be audited annually. This requirement covers not only the operating accounts of the church, but also the restricted, endowment and property funds, a priest's Discretionary Fund, and the accounts of any ancillary groups, like the Altar Guild. No church money is exempt from the requirement of an audit.
