Mustang Island Reservation Information
Is your parish or organization planning a retreat to the Mustang Island Conference Center? Please fill out the following forms and mail or e-mail them to Lynn Corby.
Arrivals & Departures Year Round:
Arrivals: You may check in as early as *3:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
Dinner: Dinner the night of your arrival is scheduled for 6:30. Please try to arrive in time for dinner.
Departure: Departure is *2:00 p.m. on your last day.
* We are flexibile with your schedule. Please let us know ahead of time if you would like adjust your arrival and departure times.
Reservations:
Please contact us directely at 361-749-1800 or lynn.corby@dwtx.org for questions about a reservation for a specific date.
Cancellations:
Deposit and payment will be refunded if we are notified of cancellation more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Otherwise, the deposit will not be refunded.
